On 6 August 2026, Container Ledger Account (CLA) Central Region team had the opportunity to visit Vertex Mission Sdn. Bhd., gaining firsthand insights into the day-to-day operations and practical realities of the haulage industry.

The visit began with an overview of the company's operations and industry experience, followed by an engaging exchange on the technologies and solutions supporting modern haulage operations.

The team also had the opportunity to tour the office and yard, offering a closer look at how daily activities are managed across different stages of the operation.

One of the highlights was the opportunity to experience a haulage truck ride alongside an experienced driver, providing a firsthand perspective of the realities faced on the road.

Experiences like these offer valuable perspectives beyond the usual discussions—helping us better understand how people, processes, technology, and on-ground operations come together to keep the logistics ecosystem moving.

CLA appreciates the opportunity to engage with industry partners and looks forward to more meaningful exchanges that strengthen our understanding of the logistics and haulage community.
