Main Responsibilities

JOB DESCRIPTION:

1. Administrative, Regulatory & Compliance Support

  • Manage daily administrative operations, including filing, correspondence, record keeping, and document control.
  • Maintain both physical and digital filing systems to ensure documents are properly stored, traceable, and audit ready.
  • Oversee and coordinate daily schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements, including the preparation and submission of expense and travel claims, to ensure efficient and well-managed business operations.
  • Track, monitor, and renew all required licenses, memberships, permits, and certifications, while maintaining accurate compliance records and providing timely updates on regulatory changes and obligations across relevant countries.
  • Coordinate with law firms, company secretaries, accountants, and consultants on compliance matters.
  • Assist in preparing and submitting documents to government bodies, regulators, banks, and external advisers.

 2. Corporate Governance & Operational Support

  • Oversee and ensure adherence to corporate governance frameworks, policies, and standards across all organizational operations.
  • Support management in developing, updating, and implementing governance policies and procedures that align with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
  • Assist in preparing internal and external audit documentation and reports.
  • Conduct periodic checks, reviews, and audit finding rectifications to ensure adherence to company policies and procedures and regulatory requirements.

 QUALIFICATION & REQUIREMENT:

  • Fresh graduate with a bachelor’s degree in business administration, office management, quality assurance, law, or a related field.
  • Up to 2 years of experience in administration, compliance, or corporate governance, preferably in an international business environment.
