Main Responsibilities
JOB DESCRIPTION:
1. Administrative,
Regulatory & Compliance Support
- Manage daily
administrative operations, including filing, correspondence, record keeping,
and document control.
- Maintain both physical and
digital filing systems to ensure documents are properly stored, traceable, and
audit ready.
- Oversee and coordinate
daily schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements, including the preparation
and submission of expense and travel claims, to ensure efficient and
well-managed business operations.
- Track, monitor, and renew
all required licenses, memberships, permits, and certifications, while
maintaining accurate compliance records and providing timely updates on
regulatory changes and obligations across relevant countries.
- Coordinate with law firms,
company secretaries, accountants, and consultants on compliance matters.
- Assist in preparing and
submitting documents to government bodies, regulators, banks, and external
advisers.
2. Corporate Governance
& Operational Support
- Oversee and ensure
adherence to corporate governance frameworks, policies, and standards across
all organizational operations.
- Support management in
developing, updating, and implementing governance policies and procedures that
align with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
- Assist in preparing
internal and external audit documentation and reports.
- Conduct periodic checks,
reviews, and audit finding rectifications to ensure adherence to company
policies and procedures and regulatory requirements.
QUALIFICATION & REQUIREMENT:
- Fresh graduate with a
bachelor’s degree in business administration, office management, quality
assurance, law, or a related field.
- Up to 2 years of
experience in administration, compliance, or corporate governance, preferably
in an international business environment.
